1. Requirement & specification review
Send us your drawings or requirements. We analyse cable cross‑sections, terminal types, quantities and lead times, and ask clarifying questions to prepare your quote.
2. Detailed quote within 24 hours
Our technical team prepares a tailored quote covering materials, quantities, lead times and options. You receive a clear, competitive proposal within one business day.
3. Order confirmation & scheduling
Once you approve, we schedule production in our digital system, assign a unique tracking number and allocate the relevant operators.
4. Technical validation
Before production begins, we review all documentation, drawings and standards. If we identify inconsistencies or potential improvements, we contact you before proceeding.
5. Precision cutting & stripping
Our automated Komax and Schleuniger machines cut cables to exact lengths, ensuring millimetre precision and consistent stripping.
6. Crimping & terminal assembly
We maintain over 200 terminal references and operate various presses and applicators to crimp terminals exactly as specified.
7. Lead‑free soldering & tinning
We perform solder‑pot or iron soldering according to project requirements, with lead‑free options for RoHS compliance.
8. Connector & housing assembly
Our teams assemble connectors, housings, protective sleeves and mechanical components exactly as drawn—no unvalidated changes.
9. Sorting & labelling
Once assembled, harnesses are sorted by project, reference and client, labelled and prepared for final verification.
10. Double quality check
Every harness undergoes visual inspection and electrical testing for continuity, polarity and tolerance compliance before it leaves our workshop.
11. Shipping & delivery
We prepare each shipment with appropriate packaging, labelling, technical documentation and delivery tracking, and ship across Spain and internationally through our own resources or trusted partners.
