1. Reception
Request for offer
It all begins with customer contact. We receive your request clearly and concisely, gathering all the necessary technical and logistical information to analyze your case in detail.
2. Offer
Our team prepares a customized proposal tailored to your specific needs. We analyze quantities, materials, deadlines, and potential alternatives to offer you a competitive and viable solution.
3. Order Confirmation/Receipt
Once the offer is accepted, we formalize the order and plan the project. This stage marks the beginning of production, coordinating resources and timelines to guarantee delivery.
4. Technical Review,
Documentation, Support
Before manufacturing begins, our technical team reviews all documentation: drawings, specifications, samples, and regulations. If needed, we offer technical support to ensure everything is aligned from the start.
5. Cut
We have precision machinery for cutting cables with cross-sections between 0.14 mm² and 0.95 mm², including UL-listed cables and other technical variants. This phase is performed with millimeter accuracy to guarantee uniformity and reliability.

When the project requires it, we perform manual or machine-assisted welding using high-precision equipment. This step is key to ensuring robust connections, especially in sensitive components or complex technical applications.
8. Assembly
We integrate all the elements of the cabling assembly, including connectors, sheaths, protective covers, and mechanical components. Our specialized staff assembles each unit according to the exact specifications of each client.
9. Distribution
Once assembled, the sets move to the internal distribution area, where they are organized by project and client, preparing each batch for verification and shipment.
10. Double verification
Before leaving our facility, each kit undergoes a double quality control check. We verify connections, continuity, polarity, appearance, and compliance with tolerances. Nothing is shipped without complete validation.
11. Shipping and Delivery
Finally, we prepare the shipment according to the agreed logistical requirements: packaging, labeling, technical documentation, and tracking. We guarantee on-time delivery in perfect condition, whether it’s for samples or large batches.
